DAY OUT WITH THOMAS™: THE BUBBLE TOUR IS HEADING TO THE SPA VALLEY RAILWAY FOR A TRAIN RIDE ADVENTURE
All Aboard! Thomas the Tank Engine, everyone’s favorite #1 blue engine is coming to town and bringing a bubbly new spin to Day Out With Thomas events. For the first time ever Thomas & Friends will be celebrating the magic of bubbles with Day Out With Thomas: The Bubble Tour will be stopping at the Spa Valley Railway in Tunbridge Wells on 27 & 28 April and 4,5,6 May 2024.
This year, Day Out With Thomas is celebrating bubbles. Even Thomas will be getting in on the fun. Fans will be able to snap photos with Thomas, who will be adorned with bubbles. With plenty of fun for everyone, guests are encouraged to invite family and friends to create new memories that are certain to last a lifetime. This celebration of bubbles is not to be missed.
Friends and families will take a 45-minute train ride pulled by a full-sized Thomas the Tank Engine locomotive and activities and entertainment will include:

Enjoy a Cream Tea this Easter on board a Steam Train at the Spa Valley Railway
Spend Easter Monday (1 April) on board a steam train enjoying a delicious Cream Tea. Sit back and relax while you enjoy a sultana scone with clotted cream, jam and of pot of tea!
Booking in advance via the website. £20 per adult or £15 per child for the Cream Tea experience.
The Science Express departs on 10 & 11 April 2024.
Bring the whole family along to laugh at Zap and Boing, the clumsy scientists, as they try out some wacky experiments. Packed full of slapstick comedy, chemical reactions and mayhem – its set to be another sell-out show!

The fun begins at Tunbridge Wells West Station where our scientists conduct some dazzling experiments. We climb aboard the Science Express to begin our journey to Eridge station – Zap and Boing handing out activity packs along the way.
Upon arrival at the station, everybody will make their way on to the platform where everybody will make slime.
We will board the Science Express once again to travel back to Tunbridge Wells West, Zap and Boing handing out treats along the way.
The Science Express starts at either 09:45, 12:30 or 15:10, they will then depart from Tunbridge Wells West station on Wednesday 3rd, Thursday 4th, Wednesday 10th and Thursday 11th April at 10:15, 12:55 & 15:35, returning 1hr later.
