Model Brick Show comes to Tunbridge Wells in October Half Term
New for 2024 is a fabulous ‘Model Brick Show’ taking place at the Spa Valley Heritage Railway in Tunbridge Wells.
Head down to the Victorian Engine Shed at Tunbridge Wells West and marvel at all the impressive LEGO® models made by some of the UK’s Adult Lego Fans!
The show will feature many different models of varying sizes, including trains, planes and so much more.
Entry to the show is included within the price of the railway’s standard travel tickets and with train services operating throughout the weekend you can explore the High Weald at your leisure on any of the five return trips operating on Saturday and Sunday between Tunbridge Wells West and Eridge.
Take part in the minifigure hunt and search all the exhibits to find the hidden letters, once you’ve found them all, decipher the railway-based word and you will be entered into a prize draw to win a family ticket to travel on the Spa Valley Railway in 2025.
List of Model Brick Displays:
- Tunbrick Wells West – A LEGO model of Tunbridge Wells West as it is today, built by one of our volunteers!
- Billingate – An L gauge layout based off a fictional heritage railway station in Southern England
- Little London – A Lego display showcasing the various modes of transport in London!
- Brick End Railway Engine Shed – A small layout featuring an automated turntable and engine shed!
- The LUKR Northern Layout – A modular collaborative layout built by members of the LUKR, a model railway club for Lego train builders!
- Inglenook Shunting Puzzle – Come and try your skills at shunting wagons around in this very popular shunting puzzle!
- An array of non-train model brick models will also be on display
