Horse riding at Bedgebury Bedgebury offers up to 12km of horse riding tracks, providing horse riding routes with comprehensive way-marking and maps, a secure box park and picnic area, access to disabled toilets and external links to bridleways and accessible routes to generate wonderful trail riding opportunities.
This will be the first showcase pilot project to fulfill the aims of the ‘Strategy for Equestrian Tourism’. Working closely with Toll Rides Offroad Trust (TROT) and its French counterpart, Henson Horse Centre, and with funding from the French equestrian tourism body Interreg, Bedgebury has the potential to put Kent at the forefront of Equestrian Tourism. www.tollrides.org.uk
Bewl Water The picturesque 13 mile reservoir route is open to riders from May to October. Pick up a route map from the Visitor Centre.
