Marle Place Gardens & Gallery has its own studio which hosts varied exhibitions by contemporary painters, sculptors, potters and crafts people, throughout the season all of which are on show and for sale. The resident artists' studio and workshops are sometimes open and there are usually displays in the cart bay and garden. Small groups of tutorial Painting in the Garden classes are available with owner Lindel Williams and other renowned artists. Bewl Water also holds art exhibitions at their visitor centre.

Finchcocks possesses a fine collection of pictures on a musical theme; it also has a fascinating permanent exhibition of prints, ephemera and tableaux on the theme of the eighteenth century Pleasure Gardens, such as Vauxhall and Ranelagh Gardens.
